Hello again, still freezing cold up here on the west coast of Scotland, although thankfully we've not had it as bad as the rest of the UK!
Had to go out yesterday and it was still a bit dangerous on the pavements - they've been gritting but with the extreme low temperatures, the salt and sand are ineffective!
Anyway, no need to go out again for the next few days so I can stay indoors and potter about making some jewellery!
I make cheap and cheerful, and very lovely, costume jewllery that I sell through a store on Folksy! Any profits that I make are currently being donated to our island community radio station, Bute Fm, that started on 15th July 2009. Run entirely by volunteers, they are a great bunch of people and play some great music! So I'm doing my bit to help them out as they are desperate for funds!
Well, like I said, its still cold so I think its time to put the kettle on for a cuppa!!
